The jewelry laser welding machine uses high-energy laser pulses to locally heat and weld materials in a small area. YAG laser welding is to use high-energy pulsed laser to weld the workpiece. It uses a pulsed xenon lamp as a pump source and ND: YAG as a laser working substance. The laser power supply first pre-ignites the pulsed xenon lamp, and discharges the pulsed xenon lamp through the laser power supply, so that the xenon lamp generates light waves of a certain frequency and pulse width. After passing through the resonator, a pulsed laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm is generated. The laser is beam-expanded, reflected (or transmitted through an optical fiber), and radiated to the surface of the workpiece after being focused, so that the workpiece is partially melted and welded. The frequency, pulse width, table moving speed, and moving direction of the pulsed laser required for welding can be controlled by PLC or industrial PC, and the amount of laser energy can be controlled by adjusting the current, laser frequency, and pulse width.
