20-110mm multi-layer PPR PE pipe extrusion line with high speed

• 16-63mm PP-R hot and cold water pipe production line adopts high-speed extrusion technology and adopts barrier type high-speed single screw, which has high output, good plasticization, stability and reliability.
• The extruder adopts extrusion screw and high-speed sizing sleeve, which can adjust the speed of vacuum sizing according to the specifications of the PPR pipe. It has the characteristics of good cooling effect and good roundness of the pipe.
• The vacuum box is all made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the interior is reinforced with reinforcing ribs, so that the vacuum degree of the vacuum box is very large, and it is not easy to deform.
• The spray box is designed with spray nozzles in eight directions, and transparent PVC curtains are used on both sides to clearly observe the cooling effect of the pipes.
• The tractor adopts double-track high temperature resistant rubber block, which has the characteristics of strong capacity and strong crawler grip. It adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and has the characteristics of speed control preparation.
• The cutting machine adopts a chip-free cutting machine, which is synchronized with the host machine, and can cut accurately; and the pipe incision is smooth and flat.
