1. Special design advantage

• Unite decorated air intake system can minimize noise and air temperature and improve the compressor gas production and parts of life.

• The "Herbiger" big caliber unloading valve centralizes control intake air and improves the reliability of the compressor control, avoiding the problems of multiple valves.

• 3 stage compression can make full use of the advantage in balance, cooling and each stage unloading of the W type machine. 3 stage compression can make the pressure reach as high as 5.5 MPa. When the working pressure is 4.0 MPa pressure, the machine is at light load operation, which dramatically increases the reliability

• Special design oil scrapper ring can reduce the wear to cylinder, which makes fuel consumption ≤ 0.6 g/h

• Double bearing suspension crankshaft adopts whole connecting rod which makes compact structure, and greatly reduces bearing grinding and prolongs service life.

• Special designed counterweight flywheel eliminates the unbalance torque of piston reciprocating motion and makes the whole system in a complete unit movement balance. More units also can realize smooth running without foundation. No foundation structure greatly reduces the investment on the factory.

• 2^nd and 3^rd stages equip with timed water automatically valve (time can be adjusted), getting rid of the most condensed water, and reducing the burden of the follow-up system.

• Between the stages, it equips with seismic glycerin pressure gauge, and overpressure pressure switch, which is usable for naked eye or instrument to monitor operation state, and 3^rd stage exported over high temperature protector.

• Device adopts air cooled, 3 stage and liquid water cooling air separation (optional), and greatly reduces the compressed air temperature. At the same time it can also remove the most compressed water in the air.

• Automatic discharging pressure system makes the machine without load in the security start, prolongs the service life of the compressor, effectively protects the main machine and motor, and lowers the impact of the power grid to users.

• Compressor with the unique efficient cooler, reasonable design, excellent heat effect, make the final exhaust temperature control in 50 ℃.
