Soft spiral reinforced suction hose extrusion line
This line is designed to produce soft spiral reinforced hose, air suction hose etc.
It consists two extruders,forming unit, water bath,winder. The wall of pipe is could be soft PVC, TPE, TPR and rigid PVC helix as reinforced.
This suction hose has features of corrosion resistance,negative pressure resistance,anti-bending,good negotiatility. It is suitable to converying gas, liquid and power, widely used in industry,agriculture,constrution and irrigation,etc
With proper down stream equipment, it can also produce extensible hose, which is similar like spring pipe.
