Technical data:

This pipe line is widely used to produce small PVC pipes, such as PVC electric conduit pipes. With dual outlet extrusion, it can produce two pipes at one time. It will largely improve the output and the max outlet could be 20m/min.

The extruder adopt conic twin screw extruder which is suitable for both PVC powder and granules. The barrel heat use aluminum heater with stainless steel cover with air cooling. The gearbox use Jiangyin gearbox which is top quality in China. With CPVC screw&barrel, it can also produce CPVC pipes.

The vacuum calibration tank has two vacuum chamber and one spraying chamber. There is temperature control system for the cooling water.

The haul-off unit equipped meter coder to count the pipe length and the cutting system is control by PLC. We can also supply the online double pipe socking machine after cutter.
