PP, PVC spiral type extensible hose with wire insert hose extrusion production line

This line is main used for producing spiral type extensible hose. By adjusting the model, it can also produce spring type extensible spiral hose. With different screw, it can work with different plastic material, like PVC, PP, PE etc. This line is composed by wire pay-off → high efficient extruder → die → forming machine → cutter → rotate stakcer.

The main extruder adopts AC motor, hardened gear box drive to ensure the energy saving production, smooth operation and quiet as well as long service life. High-end temperature control configuration system, temperature control accuracy.

The cooling system adopt air cooling and the forming speed controlled by ABB inverter. The cutter adopt pneumatic control with blade cutting. The rotate stack is controlled by ABB inverter and the length could be make according to client requirement.
