PC hollow sheet extruder Introduction:
Appropriate single-screw extruder (exhaust or not ) should be chosen on the basis of different materials. Specially designed for high compounding and plasticization capacity so as to ensure high and stable extruding output.
It also need install the Hydraulic filter and mould to produce the sheet, the quick screen changer of hydraulic system ensures the short course of screen changing without material-leakage. Reasonable structure of mould should be chosen in terms of material, whereas moulds of clothes-rack style die are widely accepted to regulate flow-distribution and guarantee even thickness of plate(sheet).
Mainly models are SJ120, SJ150 and SJ200.
