1. Machine description

It means: integrate blowing-filling-capping in one machine.

In this way no need bottle rinse, no need air conveyor and you can get measureable result savings on space, power and operator fees.

3. Main components of machine

Filling part:

Filling machine adopt German technology, produce by gravity filling and obey to normal pressure filling principle.

2.1 Filling valve adopt normal pressure filling valve, filling flexible and high precision.

2.2 Adopts double guide pole structure.

2.3 Main drives adopt mechanical freestanding gear, high efficiency, low noise, long service life, easy to maintain, lubricate well. Frequency converter controls the main motor and makes the machine speed changeable. The operation table and base are all made of carbonization steel with stainless steel as cover.

2.4 Bottle conveyor system, simple structure, neck-hold type. Easy to change for different bottle shapes.

2.5 The whole machine is automatic such as bottle storage and cap storage and so on all controlled by PLC.

2.6 Float ball control the liquid level, make filling steady.

2.7 Key part and electricity parts all adopt imported brand.

2.8 There are connection for CIP washing system.
