Applicable process

1.Replace the upper mold

Hold the round spring bayonet at the top with your hand,the mold can be easily taken out after pulling it out,and then the required abrasive tools can be replaced in the same way.

2.Replace the lower abrasive

The lower modl has a round Tanguang card position steel ball,which is used to push directly to the side of the mold,and the lower mold can be directly pushed out for replacement.

3.No air pressure

After removing the upper and lower molds,it is stricly forbidden to compress the piston at this time.if there is no mold state,it is easy to cause the pistion bayonet to break

4.Connect the oil pump

The product is a split-type hydraulic tongs,which cannot work alone.it needs to be used with an oil pump.it can be equipped with manual pumps,foot pumps and electric pumps with multiple speficiations.please consult customer service for details.
