INTENDED USE

Cable Winch is used for tower erection,pole setting,stringing wire in electrical power line construction.

Winch can be modified as per requirement, such as changing curve capstan into straight even cylindrical shape and coming with steel rope.

Features

Small size & compact structure. The machine is now supported by gasoline engine, diesel engine, electric or imported gasoline engine.

Light weight. For example, the weight of 3 ton gasoline engine powered winch is 88 kgs. Equipped with diesel engine or motor, the winch is 108 kg. Equipped with imported gasoline engine, the winch is only 82 kg, which is very convenient transported. They are especially suitable for line construction in water area and mountain. String machine equipped with a small capstan, can also be used for a vertical rod, wire. One machine with two function in the wild field helps to reduce crop losses.

High efficiency. It reduces the labor intensity, improves working efficiency with less operators and convenient field command.

WINCH USE & SAFETY
1. WARNINGNever overloaded.
2. Always keep the oil in the gearbox up to 0.8L.
3. There are spring and steel ball in the shifting fork to prevent jumping gears.Always check if the spring and steel balls are in the right position.
4. Always check the wear pattern of brake pad.
5. Never change the anchor position randomly.
6. Always keep the guard sheet lock core grinder.Never use it when the guard sheet is off.
7. Gearbox is made of aluminum alloy,never screw too tight.
8. If there is anything drop in the gearbox,always stop the working machine first.Otherwise it may cause damage to the wheel gear and box.
9. Always check if there is anywhere loosens after long distance transportation.10. Follow the instructions,fill right oil before operating.
