It is used for pulling underground cables.The roller can be placed in tube entrance at arbitrary angle, lockable. And the wheel is made of nylon.

1. Roller fitted to the outside of the steel bellmouth to further assist in reducing friction on the cables
2. Steel bellmouth fits directly into the duct and secures with a bolt
3. Cable slides through the bellmouth to protect the rim of the duct and minimizes damage to the cable
