Usage

High temperature ashing furnace is used for special baking process, it can be used for aging test of electronic components, plastic chemical products, preheating, quenching, burning, stew, annealing, ashing test, scouring and other high heat treatment test of cutting tools and iron, etc.

Temperature control system:

Temperature control for PID microcomputer automatic calculation PV/SV display at the same time, can be in the machine temperature within the allowable range according to personal willingness to set the required temperature, and through the table PID parameter setting to ensure the accuracy of its temperature control, but also by the table with its own system self-calculation of appropriate temperature control parameters. Temperature sensing input force CA(K) TYPE the output is 12V. The current controller is SSR without contact Relay to maintain the high stability of current. Heating material is imported nickel cadmium alloy heating wire, no pollution and long service life.
