Product Overview
This precision laboratory benchtop Hot Melt Coater is designed for producing coated samples or small production runs of hot melt adhesives, with capability to laminate to various foils, films, and papers. The machine enables lab-scale simulations of production processes, significantly reducing R&D sample preparation costs.

Self-contained brake unwinds for adhesive carrier and facestock
Requires 110V/20A circuit and compressed air source
Pivot control on adhesive carrier and facestock for web alignment
Controllable laminating speed and pressure
Maximum operating temperature: 482°F (250°C)
Easy cleanup through quick, uncomplicated disassembly
Generates sample laminates of unlimited length
Precision ground coating bars
Independent heating for coating bars and back reservoir
Coating width controlled by Teflon insert side dams
Durable aluminum and steel construction for long machine life
Adjustable variable speed controller
Non-rotating bars separated from reservoir with PT-100 high-precision PID temperature control
