Instrument Structure Overview

Pneumatic Drive System
Includes pressure gauge, guide stick, cylinder, pneumatic valve, and pressure regulating handle. The pressure-regulating handle allows precise adjustment from 0 to 0.8Mp with secure locking capability.
Heat-Sealing Device
Features upper and lower heat-sealing sticks with aluminum construction and integrated heaters. The upper section includes an insulating plate to prevent heat transfer to the cylinder, while the lower stick incorporates a silica gel plate for pressure impact mitigation.
Temperature Control System
Independent temperature controllers for upper and lower heat-sealing sticks with adjustable range from room temperature to 300°C and precision of 1°C.
Time Adjustment System
Offers flexible heat-sealing time settings from 0.01 seconds to 999.9 hours. Features both manual foot switch operation and automatic timer control with 0.1-second precision.
