Uses:
It does some loading tests deriecting at adhesive force. Place 1 inch tape onto SUS#304 stainness steel plate and roll it by the standard rolling ball at 300mm/min three times. Hang the steel plate up and add stated weights. The clock will auto-record the time when weights drop down and this represents adhesive force of tape.
