The 20°-40° Adjustable Angle Tape Peel Test Machine is a precision instrument designed for measuring the tack properties of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes and products. This rolling ball tack tester features adjustable testing angles and comprehensive steel ball sets for accurate adhesive performance evaluation.

Applications & Testing Method

This adhesive tester evaluates tack performance by placing the adhesive surface upward on a test plate inclined at 30° (adjustable from 20° to 40°). Steel balls are released sequentially from largest to smallest, with results determined by the ball number that remains stationary on the tape for at least 5 seconds.
