Feature
1. The machine structure adopts advanced baking paint treatment and is equipped with high precision, low resistance, no clearance double ball screw and guide column, so that the loading efficiency and structural hardness are increased.
2. The control system adopts Panasonic AC servo motor, which ensures the rotational system has characteristics of high efficiency, stable transmission, low noise and precise speed control.
3. The microcomputer system uses the commercial computer as the main control machine. It can complete all the test parameters setting, working state control, data acquisition, processing analysis, result display and print output with our specialized test software.
4. The high-low temperature test chamber adopts bistratal adiabatic glass door for the convenience of observe testing condition. It adopts whole stainless steel frame and liner. It is not only beautiful, but also has strong resistance to corrosion.
5. The structure of instrument is reasonable. It can be used to test separately or combinedly. It can be separated into Constant Humidity&Temp. Tester and Peel Strength Tester.
