The KEJIAN Tape Adhesion Tester is a precision instrument designed for measuring the initial adhesion properties of adhesive tapes using the rolling ball method. This professional testing equipment ensures accurate and repeatable results for quality control and research applications.
Testing Method & Procedure
The adhesive side of the tape sample is mounted on a 30° (or custom-designed) test board. Steel balls are released from the largest size and allowed to roll freely down the sample surface. The ball number that reaches the 5-second mark is recorded as the initial adhesion value of the tape.
