  This machine is mainly used for cutting infinitely long foam. It slices the foam. Fully automatic digital control is adopted, and the cutting thickness can be set through the control box. The machine automatically reciprocates on the frame, and the cutting angle of the knife belt can be changed arbitrarily between 0° and 5°. The machine occupies a small area, is easy to operate, and has high production efficiency. It is a necessary supporting equipment for continuous foaming manufacturers. .

Terms:

Terms of Payment: 30% advance payment by T/T upon signing the contract 70% balance will be paid by T/T before delivery.

Delivery: 30 working days after receipt of advance payment.

Installation and Start-up:

One technician will be assigned to coordinate installation, commissioning and training, cost for flight and suitable accommodation plus USD50/day per person will be charged additionally.   

Warranty: One year limited warranty starting from date of delivery excluding wear parts. Shipping cost for parts to be replaced during warranty period have to be borne by the customer.
