Description
Our CIP (cleaning in place )system applies an automatic heating method,
Thus to set the cleaning temperature through the temperature controller,
Which means this will limit amount of steam by controlling the open of steam adjusting valves and finally keep the cleaning liquid at appropriate temperature that needed. All liquid levels of CIP tanks are indicated through automatic alarming system to make operation safe and reliable. When concentration is lower than standard it will add concentrated acid and alkali through the air membrane pump, and while cleaning, the transportation of cleaning liquids is performed by manual operating of corresponded pipe valves, and when the tank lacks water, operators should also add more water.

2. Characteristics of CIP (Cleaning In Place) system
1). The automatic cleaning liquid heating system we applied can easily control the cleaning temperature within a scope of technical requirements;
2). The way to add thick acid and alkali with a diaphragm pump strengthened the operational security;
3). Combination of auto-control on temperature and automatic alarming on liquid levels greatly lowers the production cost.
