The feeding process of the ZSW series feeder is realized by using a special vibration motor or two motors to drive the exciter to drive the feeding trough to vibrate periodically and linearly along the inclined direction. When the vertical component of the vibration of the feeding trough is greater than the acceleration of gravity When the material in the trough is thrown up and jump forward according to the trajectory of the parabola, the throwing and falling are completed in an instant. Due to the continuous excitation of the excitation source, the feeding trough vibrates continuously, and the coal in the trough continues to move forward. Jump to achieve the purpose of feeding.
GTZ Series Vibrating Feeder adopts the vibrating motor to produce vibration force. It is used to feed material into the primary crusher homogeneously, meanwhile because of the bar-shaped screen, it can screen away soil contained in the raw material, increase the capacity of the primary crushing. It is suitable for feeding material into the primary crusher in hydropower field, building material and mining.
