Introduction of Vibrating Screen
The circular vibrating screen moves on a circular motion. It is a multi-layer and high efficiency vibrating screen.It has the advantages of stable structure, strong exciting force, high efficiency, little noise pollution, handy maintenance and safety.
The vibrating screen is mainly made up of the screening box, exciter, suspension (or supporting) device and motor, etc. The motor drives the exciter axis through the triangle belt. With the effect of the centrifugal inertia force caused by the imbalance of weight, the screening box of the round vibrating screen starts vibrating. By changing the eccentric weight, different amplitudes can be achieved.
