The test equipment is designed and manufactured according to the standard requirements of
IEC60335-2-2: clause 21.104 and etc. It is used for the twist test of the vacuum cleaner current-carrying hose to verify its twist resistance strength.
Test Principle
The equipment adopts bending machine mode, and it uses PLC control and touch screen operation. The number of twists and the twist rate can be preset, it will be automatically reversed after arriving the required times and automatically stopped when the test times arrive at the requirement. During the test, the end of the current-carrying hose is fixed on the rotating fixture of the equipment, and the rest is suspended by itself. Each cycle swivels 5 turns and swivels 5 turns at a rate of 10r/min, and conducts 20 cycle tests. After the test is completed, the electric strength test is carried out on the sample.
