Technical Specifications
Complies with Clause 8.4.1.1 of UL50E-2020 with the following main parameters:
- Sand blast gun, suction type with air ejector diameter of 4.7mm and nozzle diameter of 9.5mm
- Spray pressure: 620-690kPa
- Integrated pipe balance box for measuring internal and external pressures
- Square screen with wire diameter of 50μm and wire gap of 75μm
- Nozzle to shell distance: 305-380mm
- Slaked lime powder usage controlled at 2.27kg/min with automatic recycling within the test chamber
- Inner chamber volume: 1000×1000×1000mm
- Includes 50kg of dry slaked lime powder
