Function Description

The tester can simulate products such as mobile phone to repeatedly press on tested sample.make aluminum round rod with some hardness as an indenter;drive it using air cylinder;adjust pressure to be 17Kg and determine damage degree after testing several times

Features:

In accordance with standard YD/T1539-2006;start up the mobile communication handset without packing equipped with matching battery,lock the keyboard and lay it face up.Place mobile body and axis of fixed bracket vertically on the 12cm indenter and press it with (250±10)N;extrude the sample for 1000 times with 15-30 times/min.Function,appearance and assembly should meet relevant standards and requirements.For folding,sliding and rotational mobile,test it when flipping off.
