IEC60065 clause 12.1.1 Bump Test Machine for Electronic Apparatus Testing with A Mass Over 7 kg

I. Descriptions

The KP-GT065 Bump Tester Machine is designed as per IEC60065-clause 12.1.1 ,which is used to tesr audio, video and similar electronic apparatus Bump test Apparatus with a mass exceeding 7 kg are subjected to the following test:

The apparatus is placed on a horizontal support of wood which is allowed to fall 50 times from a height of 5 cm onto a wooden table. After the test, the apparatus shall show no damage in the sense of this standard.

●Testing times: Maximum 9999 times

III. Operation procedures:

Read relevant standards before testing and this instruction manual to operate the testing machine correctly and obtain the correct testing results.

1. Through the counter on the + or - to set the falling times

2.Place the sample

3. Press the “RUN” button, the test starts.

4. After reaching the setting value, the tester stop. Take out the samples and judge the testing results.

IV. Attentions

When sample is not very big, we do not need to install the test board on both sides.
