Instrument description:

This instrument is designed and processed according to Chapter 7.8 of the APPLE DC line test standard 080-1276- K, which is mainly used to detect the anti-clamping and crushing ability of DC wire. Simulate the damage of wires after being squeezed by sharp objects such as drawers, doors or tables.

Main technical parameters:

• The drop height :0-200 mm adjustable, and the system can select 90 mm as the fixed drop height of the standard for easy operation (the upper surface of the wire is from the impact surface, which can be changed according to the demand of the wire)
• The parallel distance between the surface of the extruded element and the surface of the fixed end of the sample is :1-10 MM adjustable, and the default parallel distance from the factory is 2 MM( this standard requirement).
• Extrusion element weight (including extrusion block and additional weight):770 g
• Extrusion element material: SKD11 abrasive steel

         Extrusion element chamfer :0.1 MM.
