Purpose: Test the mechanical strength, durability test and recovery time test of the lower protective cover.
Sample range: circular saw
Structure and function: The circular saw is set to cut at 90°, showing a horizontal position. The lower protective cover repeats the cycle from fully closed to fully open, releasing 50,000 times at a rate of not less than 10 cycles per minute.the number of times recorded by the position sensor.
After the cycle operation, the response time of the lower protective cover is not more than 0.3s. If it exceeds 0.3s, the number of timeouts will be counted once. After the equipment runs for the number of tests, record the recovery time of the last lower protective cover, and the equipment automatically shuts down.
