1.1 Main purpose
This instrument is mainly used to test the mechanical strength of finished flexible cables. It is suitable for places: quality control, laboratories, etc.During the test, the flexible wire is wound on the trolley of the machine, the two ends are fixed with weights, and a certain current is passed according to the standard.During the test, the travel distance of the trolley is 1 m, and the speed is about 0.33 m/s and 0.1 m/s can be switched. When the wire has one of the failure judgment conditions in the performance parameter table during the test,or when the specified number of tests is reached, the car will automatically stop. This machine adopts stepless adjustment method (range: 2～40A) for the regulation of the energizing current of the wires, and can adjust the voltage between the wires from AC 0～380V.

This instrument is designed according to GB5013.1-1997, GB5013.2-1997, GB5023.2, UL 1581, IEC 60227.2, IEC 60245-2, DIN VDE 0281, DIN VDE 0282 and other standards.
