Technological process :

This is medal for Netherlandish customer, he sent the design to us and we make the artwork for his approval. The size of medal is 50MM and 3mm thickness, both size design, the ribbon is sublimated ribbon and the size if 850*25MM, white background with printing logo on it, as there are many colors of logo so it is better to make by sublimated ribbon, if there is a color of printing then it is ok for printing ribbon. The front and back were polished and antique gold plating. But our client do not request to fill soft enamel on medals, so no any colors in front and back.

So it can be summarize as below :

How to customize ?

Step 1
Design and send an artwork proof to you back.

Step 2
Once we receiving your confirmation of the artwork proof, we will proceed to the mould tooling.

Step 3
We use the mould to create semi-finished products and then they will go to polishing / plating /
attachment fixing / colour injection / inspection / packing.
