It is made of Tin-bronze CuSn8P that is of high density. Its surface is punched with oil sockets by certain angle and density. There fills with special solid lubricant in the sockets, which endows the products with fairly small friction coefficient. Therefore, it can maintain a good lubrication capability when oil is temporarily run out. In addition, It has good anti-fatigue and load, anti-erosion and abrasion capacity. The products are widely applied in conditions of heavier load but mediate running velocity, such as on engineering machines, gearbox, and clutch on the automotive vehicles, etc.
