OILES 500# Thrust Washer is backed with strengthening copper that has good physical performance and good capability for casting.
JDB Copper Bearings is a special formulation of high strength copper-based body surface at a certain angle and density of embedded solid lubricant specially formulated by precision machining.
OILES 500# Thrust Washer is widely used on consecutive casting and rolling machines, mine-exploiting equipment, ships, steam engine, etc.
By made mid-sized holes in order and then insert the solid lubricant into the holes in the Copper bushing to apply the bushings under oil-free conditions.
What’s more, the Copper backing has pretty good anti-erosion ability in air, fresh water and seawater. The surface is regularly and finely machined with sockets in which particular solid lubricant plugs is filled.
