DX Bushing, Sliding Bearing, Self-Lubricating Bushing

DX bushing has a common structure, consisting of a steel backing bonded to a porous bronze sinter layer and the bushing lining consists of a filled thermoplastic extruded tape. These bushings are generally designed to operate with marginal lubrication. DX bushing is applied for grease or oil lubricated applications. Standard parts contain grease indents in the sliding layer (plain sliding layer also available on request). The Optimum performance is under relatively high loads and low speeds. It is applied to machine slides, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors, medical equipment, textile machinery, agricultural equipment, scientific equipment, etc.

DX bushing is widely used self lubricating bearing. This type bearing is also called SF-2 oilless bearing,boundary lubricating bearing,plain dry bushes,oil free bushing.

1. POM with lead 0.3~0.5mm
2. Porous bronze 0.2~0.3mm
3. Steel backing 0.4~2.2mm
4. Copper plating 0.008mm
