Application Way
Shire High Polymer Adhesive Film are developed for metals(Aluminium) plastic composite panel. This PE high polymer adhesive film have two side: one side bonds metals, another side bonds plastic. High polymer adhesive film has non-toxic, non-volatility of solvent; high efficiency, can be composited by roller continuously; saving energy, co-extruding film with plastic can use residue temperature of plastic to satisfy the goal of saving energy.
Features

Adhesion Condition:125ºC-145ºC (according to equipment real temperature);
Working Pressure & time: 3.5-6kg/cm2, 35-60s;
