Description
Haining Shire PE high polymer adhesive film are developed for metals(Aluminium) plastic composite panel. This PE high polymer adhesive film have two side: one side bonds metals, another side bonds plastic. High polymer adhesive film has non-toxic, non-volatility of solvent; high efficiency, can be composited by roller continuously; saving energy, co-extruding film with plastic can use residue temperature of plastic to satisfy the goal of saving energy.
Application
Applied to the adhesion of aluminum foil and PE core sheet.
Metals plastic composite panel, eg.:Aluminium+Plastic=Aluminium Plastic Composite Panel;
Characteristics:
1) Excellent adhesion strength at extremely lower process temperature;
2) Constant adhesion strength against severe condition including boiling test;
3) Good processability & suitable for different kind of metals composite panel;
