Outline of LV1000 bar code scanner module
The outline of LV1000 bar code reading engine is shown as follows. The topside has the electrical control components, including a flexible cable socket, interface socket, through which LV 1000 interfaces with external device.
The front side has the optical components, such as Image Lens, through which LV 1000 captures image. Illumination light, which sends a linear, red light beam for illumination and aiming.
The bracket overs the sides and bottom of the engine. Two mounting holes on the bottom side are available for mounting the engine to external device.
The back side is CCD circuit for image capture.
Interface Socket
LV 1000 bar code scan engine uses a 12-pins flexiable socket to interface with external device (Host), such as EVK 3000 V2, the LV 1000 evaluation kit.
Designed for OEM applications, this high performance CCD scan engine can easily to be integrated into various solutions such as Kiosk, ticketing machine.
