How to use Ceramic Knife Sharpener ?
• The knife sharpener has two slots
(1) Diamond grinding wheel (Coarse) for the coarse sharpening of very blunt knives
(2) Ceramic grinding wheel (Fine) for fine sharpening and regular resharpening of the blade.
1. Place the knife sharpener on a stable surface.
2. Hold the handle of the knife sharpener firmly with one hand.
3. Place the knife into the slot COARSE, just pull back several times for coarse sharpening
4. Then sharpen the blade in the Fine slot, repeat several times.
5. After sharpening, wipe the knife blade with a damp cloth or rinse the knife under running water.
Ceramic Knife Sharpener Caution:
1. For the record, this sharpener can not suit for serrated knife and scissors.
2. Do not overpower and back and forth when grinding
3. Do not put the sharpener into the dishwasher or water,please keep it dry and clean.
