2. place the knife sharpener on a solid flat surface, one hand keeps the sharpener, the other holds knife,put the knife into the “V”slot -tungsten stage, pull back several times,coarse sharpening now,and then,put the knife into ceramic rod stage, pull back several times, for fine sharpening now.
3. Third, we use the same knife to cut the sponge again
