1.Production description

• 3 Stage sharpening for perfect results every time - Prepare, Sharpen, then Hone.
• Next Generation 3 stage Manual System for professional results - ceramic stone, tungsten carbide plates, diamond rod.
• It is extremely easy to use. You just (carefully) place the blade at the hilt of the knife in to teh slot and draw it toward you 5 or 6 times. There are cross design sharpening blades in each slot and as you draw the blade toward you there are very tiny fragments of metal which come away from the blade as it sharpens (so be careful to wipe the knife after sharpening)
• Please note: This is a precision tool, designed specifically for use with straight edged steel knives . Not suitable for scissors, micro-serrated knives and ceramic knives.

2. Instruction for use

Step 1 (CERAMIC): Put the blade in the diamond dresser (rough grinding) and put the sword in the middle. Put in moderate force, sharpen from the inside to the outside along the arc of the cutlery. I repeat this three to five times.

Step 2 (COARSE): After completing Step 1, please put the blade again in a tungsten steel blade (fine sharpening) and put the sword in the middle. Please refer to how to sharpen step 1.

Step 3 (FINE): Finally, put the blade in the ceramic rod (finish polished) again. It is done to take the roughness of the blade, it gently polishes and gives a smooth luster. It is a necessary step.

※ Please sharpen a single method, please do not sharpen back and forth.
