The ETH-IMC2408M Series is a ruggedized managed Ethernet switch featuring 8× 10/100/1000Base-T copper ports, 4× 1000Base-X SFP fiber slots, and 2× 10G SFP+ fiber slots.
It supports flexible connectivity with auto-negotiating RJ45 ports and dual-rate fiber interfaces for both single-mode and multi-mode transceivers.
Designed for harsh environments, this switch reliably integrates diverse network equipment—such as IP cameras and wireless access points—across distributed sites, offering robust performance and simplified management.

After-Sales and Warranty Policy
It is composed of online customer service and telephone customer service, providing product consultation,
remote technical support, maintenance and acceptance services.
Service Policy: Three-month replacement and three-year warranty.
Replacement: Within three months of purchasing a series of products, after testing the product failure by technicians and man-made damage
caused by non-natural disasters, the purchaser can directly go to the purchasing point to replace the same type of products.
Or a product of comparable performance. If there is no trouble in product testing, the original sample will be returned.
Warranty: Man-made damage caused by non-natural disasters, our company's free warranty period is 1 year.

1.Damage caused by operation and maintenance not in accordance with the instructions in the product manual.
2.Damage caused by human factors, such as inappropriate voltage input, water intake and breakage.
3.Damage to products caused by natural disasters, such as lightning, earthquakes, fires, etc.
3.Unauthorized alteration of the inherent settings or repair without the company's permission.
4.Products beyond the scope of free maintenance.
5.Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading during repairs sent by customers.
6.The product bar code or model on the product warranty card does not conform to the product itself.
7.Failure or damage caused by other non-product problems such as design, technology, manufacturing and quality.
