Installation Procedure
- At the mount point on the warning sphere, wrap cable protecting bars around cables for 1000-1200mm length, with both ends extending 200-300mm beyond the ball surface.
- Secure the plastic wires mounted on the lower hemisphere onto the cables and twist them firmly.
- Combine the lower hemisphere with the upper hemisphere according to module codes. Rotate the hemisphere during assembly to ensure proper alignment and secure joining.
- Insert stainless steel bolts (M12*35) and position flat washers and spring washers around each bolt. Finally, tighten all nuts securely.
