How to Use this cable lockout:

 
1. First, press the top button then it will upspring. The lockout opens up and the cable can be extended according to your need.
2. Lightly press the winding switch button, the cable can automatic retract.
3. Not press the winding switch button, the cable will stop automatic retracting, press the top button and hang on safety padlock through the hole on the top button at last.
