- Function
1.Power transmission: The clutch disc is loed between the engine flywheel and the clutch pressure plate. When the driver releases the clutch pedal, the pressure plate presses the clutch disc against the flywheel. Due to the friction between them, the power of the engine is transmitted to the input shaft of the transmission, enabling the vehicle to obtain power and move forward.
2.Power disconnection: When the driver steps on the clutch pedal, the separation bearing pushes the clutch release lever, causing the pressure plate to loosen the clutch disc. At this time, the clutch disc is separated from the flywheel, and the power transmission between the engine and the transmission is cut off, which is convenient for the driver to shift gears.
