• Function

1.Forming the Combustion Chamber: It works together with the cylinder head and piston to form the working space of the cylinder. This space is where the engine's intake, compression, power, and exhaust strokes occur. The cylinder sleeve provides a closed - space for the combustion of the fuel - air mixture, enabling the engine to generate power.

2.Guiding the Piston: During the operation of the engine, the piston makes reciproing linear motion in the cylinder sleeve. The cylinder sleeve bears the side thrust of the piston and serves as the guide for the piston's reciproing motion, ensuring the correct motion trajectory of the piston and reducing wear and tear, thus ensuring the normal operation of the piston.
