• Function

1.Control of Fluid Flow: The solenoid is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When current passes through the solenoid coil, a magnetic field is generated, which drives the spool to move, thereby changing the on - off state of the valve. In the hydraulic system of construction machinery, it can control the flow of hydraulic oil, just like a “switch” to decide whether the hydraulic oil can pass through a certain pipeline, so as to control the operation of components such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors.

2.Adjustment of Flow Direction: It can change the flow direction of hydraulic oil. According to different working requirements, the solenoid can make the hydraulic oil flow to different executive components, so as to realize different actions of the machinery, such as the lifting, lowering, extension and retraction of the excavator arm.
