• Function

1.Liquid conveying: The piston pump uses the reciproing motion of the piston to change the working volume of the pump cavity. When the piston moves upward, the inlet valve opens, and the hydraulic oil enters the pump cylinder; when the piston moves downward, the inlet valve closes, and the hydraulic oil is compressed and pushed out through the outlet pipe. Through this cyclic process, the hydraulic oil is continuously conveyed to the relevant components of the hydraulic system, providing power support for the equipment.

2.Pressure generation: It can generate a certain pressure to meet the needs of each component of the hydraulic system. According to different models and appliion scenarios, the pressure generated by the piston pump is also different. Generally, the piston pump can withstand a higher - pressure environment, which can provide sufficient pressure for the hydraulic actuators such as cylinders and motors, enabling them to complete various movements and work tasks, such as the lifting and rotation of the boom of construction machinery.
