• Function

1.Power conversion function: The gear pump converts the mechanical power provided by the excavator's engine into hydraulic energy. Through the rotation of gears, it sucks in hydraulic oil from the oil tank and outputs high-pressure hydraulic oil, achieving the conversion from mechanical energy to hydraulic energy, providing the necessary power source for the excavator's hydraulic system.

2.Fluid transmission function: When the gears of the gear pump rotate, the space between the teeth increases at the inlet, creating a partial vacuum, which sucks in hydraulic oil from the oil tank. As the gears continue to rotate, the hydraulic oil is carried to the outlet. At the outlet, the space between the teeth decreases, and the hydraulic oil is squeezed out, thus realizing the transmission of hydraulic oil from the oil tank to each hydraulic component of the excavator.
