• Function

1.Fluid Flow Control
The solenoid valve consists of components such as a solenoid coil, a movable plunger or spool, a valve body, and ports. When an electric current passes through the solenoid coil, it generates a magnetic field that attracts the plunger, causing the valve to open. This allows fluid to flow through the valve and into downstream equipment. Conversely, when the solenoid coil is de-energized, the plunger returns to its original position, closing the valve and stopping the fluid flow. In this way, it can precisely control the on-off of fluid flow.

2.System Safety Protection
It can act as an electromechanical safety device. By controlling the fluid flow, it can cut off the fluid supply in a timely manner when necessary to prevent abnormal fluid flow from causing damage to system components. For example, in a hydraulic system, if a certain component malfunctions and requires the immediate stop of fluid supply to avoid further damage, the solenoid valve can quickly respond to achieve this.
