| Firmly support the rotating pump shaft, maintain precise concentricity between the shaft and pump casing, control radial clearance and prevent shaft deflection under heavy load. |
| 2.Friction & wear reduction |
| Act as a sacrificial wear component. It avoids direct metal-to-metal contact between the expensive pump shaft and pump housing. When wear occurs, only the bushing needs replacement instead of the whole pump housing. |
| 3.Form stable hydrodynamic oil film |
| Cooperate with hydraulic oil to build a continuous lubricating oil film between inner bore and shaft surface. Reduce friction torque, lower heat generation inside the pump. |
| 4.Dampen vibration & absorb impact load |
| Buffer periodic pulsation impact from pump pistons during oil suction & oil discharge, suppress vibration and abnormal noise of the hydraulic pump. |
| 5.Maintain internal pump pressure efficiency |
| Stable clearance ensures reasonable internal leakage; excessive clearance caused by worn bushing will increase pump internal leakage and lead to power drop, slow excavator action. |
