| 1.Crankcase pressure balance & ventilation |
| During engine combustion, blow-by gas leaks into the crankcase and builds internal pressure. This hose channels the excess gas out of the crankcase to the intake manifold, eliminating positive pressure inside the engine block. Prevents oil seal leakage, gasket bulging and oil blowout caused by overpressure. |
| 2.Oil mist separation & oil return |
| The hose transports mixed gas containing tiny engine oil mist. It guides condensed oil droplets back to the crankcase oil sump, reducing engine oil consumption and avoiding oil contamination of the air intake system. |
| 3.Flexible connection buffer |
| Made of oil-resistant flexible rubber, it connects rigid engine breather housing and intake pipe. Absorbs engine vibration and minor displacement during operation, avoids cracking or fracture of hard plastic/metal pipelines from engine shaking. |
| 4.Dust & impurity isolation |
| One-way ventilation structure stops external dust, water and dirt from entering the crankcase, protecting crankshaft bearings, cylinder liners and lubricating oil from contamination. |
| 5.Emission compliance |
| Recirculates blow-by gas back into combustion chamber for secondary burning, lowering unburned hydrocarbon emissions and meeting exhaust emission standards. |
